D&AD Brief > Create a transport advertising poster campaign and strapline, to promote Metro newspapers, that cuts through the visual noise of the everyday commute.
I tapped into the current social networking trend which, my target market would most defiantly be aware of and probably involved in.
I decided to personify the Metro and dreamed up some amusing situations that a paper might find itself in. I styled it with some simple computer graphics but kept the focus on the type.
My 'keeping you posted' strap-line also plays with the social networking theme but would still work once the campaign was over.
