Initial Brief > Thoroughly research and engage with your given charity and display your findings as an A2 moodboard. Choose a direction and communicate your research as an A2 broadsheet with your own written copy.
Installation Brief > Communicate a message that relates to your charity as three dimensional piece of typography.
I chose to focus on the idea that Oxfam are different from other charities because they do so much development work which helps people re-build their lives. Much of this work is unseen and I wanted my installation to get people thinking about how much difference it makes. In other words, Oxfam is the compost which helps the communities (which is the origami) grow and flourish. Without it, they would have nothing to help them grow and flourish.
