I got the chance to do a photography module a few years ago and since then I've been to a night class and bought my own digital SLR camera. The night class was run by Ian Wallace, a photography tutor at the met who taught us some really good tips and tricks.
It has become one of my favorite hobbies and I use it to photograph my graphic design all the time.
Since being at Art School I have also had the chance to use a film SLR and develop the prints myself in a dark room. I also made my own pinhole cameras for it as well so it was nice to see that photography doesn't always have to be expensive!
